As a generality, the LaTeX2Web user interacts with the server in the following way :
- the user clicks on a link, or a menu item
- the browser sends a request to the server
- the server handles the request and returns a web page.

Porting your LaTeX documents to the web is more than just translation of the source code into HTML and CSS code. If you are still thinking about PDF, this is what you might think. However, a web page is more than just static content. It is an interactive experience.
